Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

Walked in. I was taken care of right away. Easy start. Nurse assistant came in quickly to check vitals. PA arrived quickly. She was excellent: Professional and concerned. Gave very good explanations. Her name was Victoria.

Doctor was so helpful, patient and kind with all my questions! Was able to be seen very quickly. Would definitely go back.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention.
