I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

Doctor was nice enough. However her English was very very poor. Nurse was pleasant enough The waiting room floor was very dirty. The examining room was also dirty.

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

Everyone there were amazingly friendly and showed compassion.  The Nurse Practitioner was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, caring  and informative.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.
