I made a appt and there was no one waiting. Registration was fast, staff/dr was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Usually do like service, but today not so much.. the doc basically told us our  padiatric primary doc instead of going into pm…strange

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.

The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails
