First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I woke up with almost losing my vision and i have the worst headache and nothing was done to ease my pain everytime i go here i see nurse practitioner not the doctor i feel like i paid for nothing i didnt get relieve at all

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Was able to be seen quickly. Front desk staff was wonderful. Nurse was great. Issue was addressed with a quick referral. This location is convenient and clean. Would go again.

My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.
