          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          Took my father in with a red, very red eye. The staff were professional and very pleasant. The male doctor we saw had good bedside manners, explain things thoroughly.
