After 2 days of having an extremely sore throat I decided to book an appointment which was super easy.  The entire staff was so sweet and caring.  Cannot recommend enough!

Easy to check in online and make a appointment staff was friendly nurse was friendly doctor was helpful and polite and friendly only bad think they couldn't do the test I needed done and online it said nothing about if they could or couldn't do it I had to go in person to find out do the test I needed done the doctor on duty told me we're to go for the test and gave me paperwork of what had to be done

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.
