Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

Had some problems checking in but the staff was super helpful ! I appreciated all their help! I had excellent care! They explained everything to me ! I really had an excellent experience at the Willow Grove  Urgent care!! I would recommend them!!

Only person in waiting room, no wait time and was taken back as soon as I completed registration. All staff was super friendly and attentive. My provider, in particular, went above and beyond. She really took her time with me. I literally cried because she was such a caring, helpful, devoted practitioner, which I never find anymore.

Great office and great location. Everyone was super professional and highly competent.  They also the latest gear and are able to provide a whole host of services.  I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The scheduling process was easy, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was very short. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I felt well cared for and was happy with the quality of care I received. The office was also clean and welcoming. I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
