The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I have used Urgent Care on Pierce St. several times. Scheduling online is so easy. The wait time is minimal. Today I was seen within 5 minutes of entering the clinic! The staff is wonderful.  I have always been treated with respect, professionalism, but also kindness and compassion. I certainly recommend this facility.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.
