They were GREAT! I would go there again if I needed a Dr.VERY friendly

The front office and the nurses were excellent. However, the doctor that I had, did not have the best bed side manners. I felt like she was very condescending. I was in so much pain and she was not the as considerate as she should have been. She also over talked ma and her tone was not very favorable. I left feeling worst than I did when I came in.  To her defense, I’m not sure if her tone/behavior was a cultural thing and I misread her. I am now on my way to the emergency room.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, Practitioner was thorough And medication prescribed and called in.

Wanted to get checked before work the next day. Process was easy and waited less than 5 minutes. Very clean facility and staff was great!

Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

I have used this urgent care for myself and family numerous times and I am always extremely grateful for the excellent medical care we receive

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

The doc was very knowledgeable, personable and professional.  You have a very good team there; I say that in comparison to other clinics I have been to in the past.  Thank you.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
