I was very pleased with the care from Elizabeth. She was careful, thorough, gave me a prescription and follow-up information. I walked in, no wait time and was very pleased. I would use again if needed.

Usually do like service, but today not so much.. the doc basically told us our  padiatric primary doc instead of going into pm…strange

In a word EASY! I made the appointment online. I was taken right away. The staff were friendly & professional. The facility was immaculately clean. My check in was also easy. Since I had visited previously all my information was available. I would highly recommend this urgent care

We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit

Marissa and staff were fantastic….Marissa saw me the day before in Pleasantville and had suggested an X-ray in Briarcliff.

The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails
