Really great staff . Office visit was quick and easy. Staff were amazing and the cleanliness of the place was magnificent.

I walked up and they saw me and helped me with my issue within 35-40 minutes. The practitioner was helpful in confirming my suspicions. They were able to prescribe a medicine. I thought I would be there for over an hour but it went very smoothly and efficiently.

Had a very positive experience. I would recommend Liberty.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Had some lower leg pain & swelling and didn’t want to wait all day in the ER . The staff was very personable , professional, & a clean facility  . They restored my faith in urgent care and  I would  definitely recommend this office rto anyone !

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

The scheduling process is time consuming only due to the fact that you need to input insurance information.    I was seen timely by the clinical assistant and the PA who were both professional and empathetic. The visit was 26 minutes total which is great when you are not feeling well

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
