Very close location. Girls and nurses were so nice. Definitely will be going back. Not a long wait. Best urgent care.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

Saw PA Danielle who was wonderful.  Explained every in detail and left the office very satisfied of her findings.

Can't say enough good things about Carbon Health Ease of getting an appointment to the friendliness of entire staff all went above and beyond what I expected. Very pleased, I will use them again when needed.

They are very fast and nice with the customer and they have been a lot and they so kind with the patient

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

Had a very pleasant experience! Staff was wonderful, very friendly and efficient was in and out within an hour highly recommend them!!
