I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Honestly wish this office was closer because I loved them! Staff was so nice even the receptionists. My son was in a push bike stroller ringing his bell and everyone was looking over the counter smiling at him. Super friendly and talkative. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and beyond friendly it felt like I was talking to friends.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Wanted to get checked before work the next day. Process was easy and waited less than 5 minutes. Very clean facility and staff was great!

Dr Bollardo was very caring.  He has excellent bedside manner.   He spoke to me not at me.  He was great.    I wish I could have him as my primary care physician.   I would definitely recommend this provider.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Got to urgent care and was seen withing 10 minutes of arrival and checking in. A very friendly and knowledgable staff who made sure I understood all that was done and any further necesssary step I might need to take.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

Woke up with my eye swollen.  Thought I had a stye but there was a lump under the eye.

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.
