My experience was nothing but positive. The nurse who took care of me, and also helped me at the front desk, was very professional, patient, and kind. I was seen quickly by the doctor, who took his time and was also very patient. He answered all my questions and gave me input that other doctors had not. I definitely recommend going here.

I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars

I was tested positive and was so nervous with the result. I called the office so much because I couldn't handle it just speaking to the Jasmin will always put my mind at ease.. She was so wonderful and kept me calm at all times.... Jasmin i just want to think you for all your help through this. She is such a good access to the company....
