The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails

The staff was courteous and professional. Wait times were fast, physical went very well and was painless in every way. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My daughter needed to be seen that day and PM Pediatrics was the place to go. We walked in, the friendly staff helped us check in as we’ve never been to this location before. The wait was not that long, the provider was kind, honest and put us at ease. Would definitely recommend this provider to our friends especially in situations when you’re unable to see your regular pediatrician. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the care from Elizabeth. She was careful, thorough, gave me a prescription and follow-up information. I walked in, no wait time and was very pleased. I would use again if needed.
