Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. I volunteer at the Yonkers animal shelter and was bit by a dog yesterday afternoon. I have two puncture wounds, one of which wouldn’t stop bleeding. It was extremely painful. Everyone; from check-in to the nurse and the nurse practitioner were so kind. I’ve been to this urgent care facility before and highly recommend it.
