I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. This was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the staff. They are professional and they go out of their way to make sure that you understand all procedures. I was also impressed with the cleanliness on the floor, from the very first moment I step onto the 2nd floor, I felt welcomed. I highly recommended

I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. This place is amazing. Be kind and courteous yourselves and perhaps you'd enjoy it as well!
