I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy.
