Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. I had a stye that was becoming larger and more painful each day. I walked into AM/PM Urgent Care at 8PM and was pleasantly greeted immediately! Check-in was easy and wait time was about 10 minutes. The doctor promptly diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment to resolve. Great experience.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

No X-ray and that is why I went. The doctor and staff were lovely and so is the facility but you advertise x-ray and there was none.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
