My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

Almost a perfect visit. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The issue arose when we realized our normal pharmacy was closed due to holiday and asked them to move the prescription to another open pharmacy. I gave them all the information, but it took 3 calls and 1 hr to move the prescription. The move took longer than the visit. I miss the days of the prescription pad and the slip I could take anywhere.

Saw PA Danielle who was wonderful.  Explained every in detail and left the office very satisfied of her findings.

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Needed a quick appt to fit I to my work schedule - was in and out in 20 minutes.  I also felt all the staff was friendly and thorough.  Office was very clean and scheduling an appt was very easy.  This will be my new urgent care of choice

This was my first time going to this urgent care clinic. The ease of scheduling & the friendliness of everyone there will definitely have me going back there for future visits when necessary.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. Fast, complete and courteous service. I am impressed and will recommend this facility to friends and family.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Back staff medical asst and doctor were so nice. Front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Spoke to me like they were half asleep.
