I woke up with almost losing my vision and i have the worst headache and nothing was done to ease my pain everytime i go here i see nurse practitioner not the doctor i feel like i paid for nothing i didnt get relieve at all

Everything went smooth and easy, doc was clear and gentle, nurses were kind and friendly. All with the max of professionalism. I really recommend this urgent care!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Staff was great . extremely helpful and extremely nice.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

hey, very good no long wait was there for two minutes before seeing doctor Staff very nice doctor. The office is very clean.
