Walked in and greeted nicely  Had to go online to fill out forms which was pretty easy …. wait not too long  …… everyone was nice and friendly and answered any questions I had …., the nurse practitioner was very competent  would definitely recommend this urgent care

I have suddenly swear pain in my left leg. I rush to Urgent care without any Appointment. After reaching there I was surprises with the supportive attitude of the care team. I received total within no time. That's really amazing experience for me. I am really thankful to Urgent care for all this.

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Thank you for everybody there that helped me immediately very helpful and very kind. So relieved I was taken care of quick.second time there and I will continue going there.
