I walked in today and had to wait over an hour but expected.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Thank you everyone.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I came in after going over the handlebars while mountain biking to get a cut on my chin looked at and to have my hand evaluated for broken bones. The care I received was excellent.

Thank you for everybody there that helped me immediately very helpful and very kind. So relieved I was taken care of quick.second time there and I will continue going there.

Promptly checked us in and  took us inside. Competent, caring and helpful. would not hesitate to return there if needed in the future.. I would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional experience from check in to nurse to doctor exam!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Had pink eyes this morning and went to Modern MD Urgent care. Within 20 minutes I was finished. Each staff was professional and easy going with their job. I just want to thank everyone for their service.

Sunday evening developed a sore throat & a runny nose, thought it was allergies. Wednesday came took my temperature it was 102, awhile later I took it again it was 103 at time I decide to go to my nearest Urgent Care. Got there every one I met was so polite. Met with Alexa Klapach, PA the results were I had Strep Throat sure glad it wasn't Covid again. I was so satisfied with service & Care I would recommend American Family Care to family & friends. .
