I was a walk in and my wait time was less than an hr. The staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk to the nurse and doctor very caring staff.

Helpful and courteous staff and care

We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit

We had a wonderful experience at City MD Eastchester! The staff was friendly and helpful and available! They made us feel welcome and made it an easy experience! The location was clean and we had almost no wait time! 👍I would recommend this place to anyone needing to be tested or for medical attention!

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

First time here and everything from scheduling and the visit was so quick and easy. Everyone was very nice. The provider asked questions and gave good recommendations. The clinic is so cute and clean. Love that there’s a parking lot. Definitely will recommended.
