Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

I had a sore throat that Dr. Patel seemed to ignore. I had a severely swollen tonsil that was diagnosed at a different care and was prescribed the correct medication there and not here.
