I was a walk in and my wait time was less than an hr. The staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk to the nurse and doctor very caring staff.

The staff was courteous and professional. Wait times were fast, physical went very well and was painless in every way. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

City MD in Watchung diagnosed and treated a rash on my arm. The staff was friendly and helpful with the sign in. Dr.Sanchez was awesome. He is calm and caring and explains things well. I had an rxcellent experience at City MD.

We had a wonderful experience at City MD Eastchester! The staff was friendly and helpful and available! They made us feel welcome and made it an easy experience! The location was clean and we had almost no wait time! 👍I would recommend this place to anyone needing to be tested or for medical attention!

First time here and everything from scheduling and the visit was so quick and easy. Everyone was very nice. The provider asked questions and gave good recommendations. The clinic is so cute and clean. Love that there’s a parking lot. Definitely will recommended.

Helpful and courteous staff and care

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!
