I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Easy to check in online and make a appointment staff was friendly nurse was friendly doctor was helpful and polite and friendly only bad think they couldn't do the test I needed done and online it said nothing about if they could or couldn't do it I had to go in person to find out do the test I needed done the doctor on duty told me we're to go for the test and gave me paperwork of what had to be done
