I didn’t feel I was listened to & I felt it was a waste of my time. I came in with bites on my legs and pain in my legs. All I left with was ace bandages on my legs & some hydrocortisone cream called into the pharmacy. I was not looking for drugs but I wanted some relief from the pain. That was worse treatment I received from an urgent care. I could’ve gotten better care at the hospital lesson learned. Very disappointing

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)
