Best care wonderful staff I can’t be happier with the treatment at this location

hey, very good no long wait was there for two minutes before seeing doctor Staff very nice doctor. The office is very clean.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Everyone there were amazingly friendly and showed compassion.  The Nurse Practitioner was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, caring  and informative.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Check in was easy and service was quick but thorough. No complaints, TY

The woman at the front desk was rude, when asked a question about the cost of the visit she replied “I work 2 jobs, I don’t know, hold on”. They didn’t read my paperwork fully on why I was there and what I needed, so after I paid they said if I needed another thing too, that would be more money. Refused to fill out my paperwork fully. Then refused to give it back to me if I isn’t return there for extra testing (which I made clear I was going somewhere else-cheaper-for it). I have never had an issue here until this new staff.

No X-ray and that is why I went. The doctor and staff were lovely and so is the facility but you advertise x-ray and there was none.

Very efficient and Professional service have been recommending to neighbors.

Wait time of an hour and half when there were only 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived.

The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.

Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great

I had a cough and dizziness so I walked in and everything was a breeze
