The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit
