I didn’t feel I was listened to & I felt it was a waste of my time. I came in with bites on my legs and pain in my legs. All I left with was ace bandages on my legs & some hydrocortisone cream called into the pharmacy. I was not looking for drugs but I wanted some relief from the pain. That was worse treatment I received from an urgent care. I could’ve gotten better care at the hospital lesson learned. Very disappointing

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

Wait time of an hour and half when there were only 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived.

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I woke up with almost losing my vision and i have the worst headache and nothing was done to ease my pain everytime i go here i see nurse practitioner not the doctor i feel like i paid for nothing i didnt get relieve at all

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
