First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Very quick process and very friendly.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

I have used Urgent Care on Pierce St. several times. Scheduling online is so easy. The wait time is minimal. Today I was seen within 5 minutes of entering the clinic! The staff is wonderful.  I have always been treated with respect, professionalism, but also kindness and compassion. I certainly recommend this facility.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

Honestly wish this office was closer because I loved them! Staff was so nice even the receptionists. My son was in a push bike stroller ringing his bell and everyone was looking over the counter smiling at him. Super friendly and talkative. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and beyond friendly it felt like I was talking to friends.

Great experience once again. Clean facilities, very easy to book and take care of checking in to be seen. Saw a great doctor, same as every visit. This is my go-to place for health care.
