The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The staff at City Line ModernMD are so nice—seriously, shoutout to everyone who works here! They made my visit quick, easy, and super comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism!

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention.
