Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Walkin and was seen and examined staff accomodating  Np Kim Javier excellent and was totally impressed the excellent service

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

The entire staff from front desk to doctor were all excellent I gave you guys a A plus plus.  Thank you for your service and everything you guys do. You guys are Super hero’s is right!  Blessings. Absolutely I would recommend your facility!

Schedule great.very clean took me in fast.staff great.care was great only problem the visits notes of results not published on site

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

I have used this urgent care for myself and family numerous times and I am always extremely grateful for the excellent medical care we receive

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !
