We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit

This was my first visit and staff were very professional and courteous. The wait time in my opinion as a first time patient was minimal. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was attended to right away.

I made a appt and there was no one waiting. Registration was fast, staff/dr was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience.

I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.
