          Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          I was 5th in line at the 8am opening, but was in to see staff for evaluation within 20 minutes. After staff evaluation I saw the doctor within 20 minutes. My discussion with the doctor was a good and informative dialogue. It left me with a solid feeling my concerns were addressed and my questions answered. All staff were friendly and professional.

          Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
