It was the best experience I had ever had. Staff r very nice welcoming, and the service was In and out. The doctor was very nice, and she actually listened to me. When it come to care and have a good and amazing experience should choose BIG APPLE URGENT CARE you will not gonna regret it.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

An awesome Customer Care Representative named ED, on several occasions has gone above & beyond with helping me navigate the system as I acquire the info needed to access health care benefits for my mother. Thanks again ED, your excellence will never be undervalued....!!

This was my first visit and staff were very professional and courteous. The wait time in my opinion as a first time patient was minimal. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was attended to right away.

The whole team is helpful, friendly and caring. Dr John and his staff helped me help me.
