Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

Check in was easy and service was quick but thorough. No complaints, TY

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online on the day I needed to see a doctor. I was in and out of the Dr’s office in literally 20 minutes with a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away! Twenty four hours later and I’m feeling so much better! Highly recommend!
