          Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

          Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          It’s a bit ambiguous that one can make a “reservation” but not schedule an appointment. I was able to make a reservation online and arrived fifteen minutes early. Although I had a very good experience overall, it was ridiculous that I had to wait for almost an hour to see the NP. For such a large facility to have only one practitioner on a Sunday is unfair to us patients, and in my opinion burdensome to the NP as well. As a result, this left me with a negative feeling about Atlantic Health Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about it.
