I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention.
