          Made the appointment...showed up and no one was there. Tried to call the local number but it was disconnected...there was no answer on the general number.  Eventually a nurse showed up and explained that there were no physicians in the office....and the visit would be virtual...I was never told this when I made the appointment....this experience wasn't great.  The Doctor was fine...did the exam with an iPad and the help of the nurse.

          I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

          Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute !           Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
