I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

front desk reception was friendly. did a great job. Nurse practitioner Livingston was nice and helped me with my concern.

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.

I like how convenient and friendly each provider I’ve seen at this urgent care is. However I wish staff was significantly clearer about the medication they prescribe. I wish they spoke about dosing and how to take medications, and especially side effects. Sometimes I leave not understanding exactly what medication I’ve even been given. Twice now I’ve been prescribed meds with pretty serious side effects that the doctors didn’t alert me to. The providers ask a lot of good questions and have good bedside care but multiple times gloss over the end of the appointment when they tell me what they’re giving me, how I should take it, and how it might make me feel. With this last appointment I’m glad I went but I’m questioning going back or recommending this location after this last medication experience. I will advocate for myself and ask more questions in the future but I feel like a prescriber should properly inform their patients during the appointment.

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
