hey, very good no long wait was there for two minutes before seeing doctor Staff very nice doctor. The office is very clean.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Staff was great . extremely helpful and extremely nice.

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Had to wait too long and dismissed as virus and suffering sinus infection no medication prescribed.  Wastes over an hour and half.

I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Great all around pediatric care! Easy booking, short wait time, friendly check-in assistance and nice and knowledgeable provider helped my little guy with his flu diagnosis. Thank you!

Made an appointment that the office said you can not make online.  Showed them my scheduled appointment and was told that’s solv. & solv. means nothing. Also, I am a previous patient but yet told I still had to register and sign a consent for care. If all that is needed is consent it should be a firm that I can sign and the front desk can scan into the system. I did not feel well and it was the last thing I wanted to do!!  However they were kind & caring
