I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. this is the best urgent care. I went there on Saturday afternoon I had a cyst that was painful and needed draining. the front desk were great . took care of me . they were friendly and professional, I did not wait long . the Doctor that took care of me was the most wonderful doctor I met. Dr Edwin Williams took care of me treated me with kindness . took my pain away . and also made sure I am ok and follow up with them . Thank you Doctor Williams you are the best . Aida
