Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. hey, very good no long wait was there for two minutes before seeing doctor Staff very nice doctor. The office is very clean.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Walked in. I was taken care of right away. Easy start. Nurse assistant came in quickly to check vitals. PA arrived quickly. She was excellent: Professional and concerned. Gave very good explanations. Her name was Victoria.

PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient
