Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

No X-ray and that is why I went. The doctor and staff were lovely and so is the facility but you advertise x-ray and there was none.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

My first time in this facility and the staff was very welcoming. The NP was incredibly caring and helpful.

Everyone there were amazingly friendly and showed compassion.  The Nurse Practitioner was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, caring  and informative.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.
