Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

Can't say enough good things about Carbon Health Ease of getting an appointment to the friendliness of entire staff all went above and beyond what I expected. Very pleased, I will use them again when needed.

I like how convenient and friendly each provider I’ve seen at this urgent care is. However I wish staff was significantly clearer about the medication they prescribe. I wish they spoke about dosing and how to take medications, and especially side effects. Sometimes I leave not understanding exactly what medication I’ve even been given. Twice now I’ve been prescribed meds with pretty serious side effects that the doctors didn’t alert me to. The providers ask a lot of good questions and have good bedside care but multiple times gloss over the end of the appointment when they tell me what they’re giving me, how I should take it, and how it might make me feel. With this last appointment I’m glad I went but I’m questioning going back or recommending this location after this last medication experience. I will advocate for myself and ask more questions in the future but I feel like a prescriber should properly inform their patients during the appointment.

I was able to see the doctor really quickly and the process was very efficient. No complaints at all.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
