The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was dried urine in the toilet seat and urine on the floor. The sink was gross. I had to give a urine sample and a culture and felt grossed out by the dirty bathroom. You should have a small table where to leave your specimens as leaving it by the sink is so unhygienic. And will recommend putting a coat hanger on the door.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed.
