Great customer service!!!! And the staff was very friendly

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I was able to walk in without any delay and was immediately assisted. The service was efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent customer care made the experience both pleasant and stress-free.

This place is the best. They get you in and get you out.  Very kind and considerate of your time.  Staff is amazing too.  Great job.👏

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!
