Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I needed some stitches removed walked in and in less than five minutes I was seeing the doctor she was very friendly and quickly remove the stitches. That’s why I keep coming back.👍

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Woke up this morning with a fever and aches and pain. Dr was very thorough and staff was very professional. My wait time was under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the visit. I highly recommend.

Jock itch treatment went fast Thorough and very professional

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Great and friendly staff. Receptionist was a sweetheart. No waste of time.  I highly recommend this place.
